We do not accept quartered deer, or already skinned deer. We do not accept out of state wildgame. 

your deer must come in field dressed correctly. If you need help learning how to properly field dress your deer let us know and we can help. 
 

Hunter Special       $140.00

Hunter Special Deer Processing - you will get your venison all ground and your backstraps back whole. you can also get product at an extra charge. (jerky, snacksticks, summer sausage.)

Basic Processing        $145.00

Basic Processing - you will get steaks or roast, backstraps cut anyway you like, and ground venison. you can also add product for an extra charge. (jerky, snacksticks, summer sausage.)

Cape        $50.00

Caping charge - Get your deer caped for shoulder mounts. Capes are paid at drop off cash only. Capes take 1-2 days to get back. we do not freeze them so try to come pick them up within two days.

Smoked Venison Hams  $25 Each

Smoked Venison Hams- Our smoked Venison Hams are Injected with Blue Ribbon Maple Ham Cure and then tumbled for 4-6 hours in our meat tumbler. After they are done tumbling the are smoked overnight.

Elk Processing

Elk Deboning- processing      $350.00

Elk Processing - Your elk will hang for 7-14 days after it is skinned to age the meat. You will get Steaks, Roasts, Backstraps and Tenderloins cut how you would like. Everything else will be ground. For additional product everything must be ordered in 25 lb batches, jerky can be ordered in 10 lb batches

Elk Caping       $350.00

Caping your elk for shoulder mounts - or saving the hide for a rug or blanket.

Elk  Product can be ordered in 25 lb batches (snacksticks, summer sausage, breakfast links, sausage/ bratwurst) 

Jerky can be ordered in 10 lb batches.
